It's a superior place with GREAT location and staff. We found a laptop-compatible safe, an electronic key card and a work desk in the superior king room. Don't forget to dine at New Day Restaurant, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we really loved it.

every place we wanted to visit including hoan kiem lake was easy walk to this hotel. we appreciated the breakfast. the property was adjacent to ha noi train station.
